This Sprint teaches you to build measurement systems that drive decisions, demonstrate impact, and create accountability without creating analysis paralysis.

Primary Audience: Managers reporting to a COO, CIO, CEO, or other senior manager at a growth-oriented tech organization. Teams participate as cohorts of 4-25 members.

Prerequisites: Onboarding session (90 minutes) required for first-time ELEVATE participants.
