A working guide to how you actually run, in your own voice
The Operating ReadMe (LLOS Op-A) is the free starting component of the LearnWell Leadership OS. It is not a personality quiz and not a self-rating exercise. You respond to real scenarios, and the system reads how you actually run six operating systems — communication, delegation, escalation, decisions, feedback, autonomy — then turns that into a plain-language working guide you can hand your team. It is a picture of your strengths as a manager, in your own voice — your side of the picture, and the front door to the full LearnWell Leadership OS.
Managers — and the people leaders who support them
Managers who want their team to stop guessing how they actually work — and people leaders (Head of People, VP People, L&D) who want manager-effectiveness, faster onboarding ramp, and retention without the months teams normally spend decoding each manager. It fits managers with direct reports at growth-stage companies, especially in a transition moment: a new manager, a post-reorg reset, an onboarding wave, or a team that has never written down how it operates.
What you walk away with
A clear read on your six operating systems — starting with where you're already strong.
Plain-language guidance your team can use on day one: how to reach you, when to escalate, what's theirs to decide.
A draft you share with your team — so they stop guessing how you work and you stop re-explaining it.
A view of which operating commitments are worth locking in next.
The six operating systems it reads
The Operating ReadMe reads how you run across all six — no self-rating, no scores to game.
Four steps, about 15 minutes
Spend ~15 minutes responding to real scenarios — no self-rating on a scale; you move the way you'd actually move, and the system reads your operating pattern from how you decide.
The system produces your Operating ReadMe: a strengths-first profile across all six operating systems, written as a working guide for your team.
You share it with your team — it saves them months of decoding how you really work, and shows you fast where your read and theirs don't yet match.
When you're ready to turn that picture into agreed, validated commitments across the whole bench, the Operating Agreement (Op-B) installs the rest.

After your ReadMe: make it mutual
The Operating ReadMe documents how you work as a manager — your side of the picture. The next step, the LearnWell Operating Agreement, validates it with each direct report across the same six systems: communication, delegation, escalation, decisions, feedback, autonomy. Both sides reconcile into one written agreement, with a 90-day plan attached, so it holds past the first conversation.
