What Executives Ask on the Clarity Call

These are the five questions leaders ask most. Thinking through them before the call makes the 30 minutes significantly more useful.

1. How do I know which program is right for my company’s situation? +

Most leaders land on GIS Core if they are 50–249 FTE with coordination breaking down at the management layer. ETD fits when the exec team itself is the bottleneck rather than the managers below them. Lead Better runs independently of company size and is often the first step. Bring your headcount, how many managers report to you, and the top two or three things that are not working—that is the whole conversation.

2. We have tried leadership training before and it did not stick. What is different here? +

Most programs teach concepts and leave implementation to chance. LearnWell programs install infrastructure—Decision Rights Maps, escalation protocols, communication cadences—that are embedded in how the team operates from Week 1, not added on top of existing habits. The guarantee exists because of this distinction: if the infrastructure does not produce measurable results, the program cost is returned.

3. What is the real time commitment for me and my leadership team? +

Lead Better is 4.5 hours of live sessions across 2 weeks. GIS Core averages 90–120 minutes per week for 6 weeks—primarily the facilitated sessions, with between-session implementation built into normal work. ETD is one 90-minute weekly session plus roughly an hour of between-session work for 12 weeks. SGA is a 4-week sprint followed by four half-day quarterly sessions over 12 months. The Clarity Call will map your team’s availability against whichever program is the right fit.

4. How quickly will we see measurable results? +

GIS Core participants typically report measurable reductions in escalation volume and executive time recovered by Week 3—before the program ends. Lead Better managers show decision behavior changes within the first 30 days. ETD teams report reduced coordination friction within the first 4–6 weeks of the program. The Clarity Call will walk through what specifically to measure so you have a baseline before Day 1.

5. What happens if we go through the program and it does not work for us? +

Every program carries a measurable-improvement-or-money-back guarantee. For GIS Core, that means full refund if your management team shows no measurable improvement in decision bandwidth or escalation reduction after completing all sprints with documented implementation. For Lead Better, the guarantee covers full refund if participants complete all sessions, implement one framework, and see no measurable improvement within 30 days. The specific terms for your program will be covered on the call.
