We work as a remote organization with team members connecting from different locations and time zones. This requires a lot of self-responsibility on the part of each person to set priorities, follow through with commitments, and to ask for help when needed. How did you find this aspect of working to be helpful? What is one aspect of your experience would you have changed to make it even better for you?
