Starting a new business can be a little scary and is often overwhelming.
No matter how many years experience you have as a successful real estate agent, chances are you feel like you are starting a new business when you start with Keller Williams, because you are taking a much bigger view of your business and your life, with new concepts, processes, and goals in a new environment. The eMarketing FastTrack Program provides expert guidance to quickly take advantage of the online resources to allow you to focus on meeting with prospects and serving your clients.

The three tracks below offer options that allow you as a business owner to take advantage of the systems that are necessary to succeed in using the Internet to build your business.

How to Participate

Level One – Startup

In this track, we assess your current online presence and develop a 90 day work plan to a) establish and update your listings on your kw.com, topproducer.com, and 7 other critical sites including your own domain to build prospect lists; b) integrate your listings into your web site so that a prospect doesn’t leave your site to perform a search; c) review and recommend how your current online lead generation can be improved; and d) provide a clear path to establishing a solid foundation for attracting leads.

Upon completion, you may progress to Track Two.

Level Two – Growth and Systems Performance

Now your foundation is solid, so next you’ve got to learn how to communicate with potential prospects and offer incentives to build your list. Your professional web site will play a major role in convincing sellers and buyers to trust you to guide them through their transaction. Each quarter, we will collaborate on marketing experiments to gain more leads and convert more listings.

All eMarketing FastTrack Program participants are welcome to participate in monthly training sessions at the KW office. During these sessions, you can get answers to questions and learn about what works in using technology to build your business. In addition, participants are eligible to add business owner growth coaching at a discounted rate to accelerate your performance and progress in business development. Special NOTE: During the PILOT phase of this program, eligible agents recommended by the Keller Williams team leader may participate for $2,995 $1,995 per quarter per business owner team.
