Why the AWE Method Matters

Your team members may be feeling some combination of rushed, anxious, nervous, and unsure. Who wouldn't given all that has been going on with the COVID lockdown, working from home, and the ensuing uncertainty in the market.

Your job is to provide reassurance and encouragement, but without knowing exactly what is weighing on each person's mind, you want address the specifics. It is a no-win situation that is often brushed over with a quick "check in" at the beginning or end of a meeting.
