Sprint: Exeriments

Designing Effective Business Experiments

Convert your business hunches into proven strategies through testing in real conditions. This program guides you in designing trials that reveal how processes, preferences, and people truly work, not just how you and others assume they do. You'll isolate variables and create short-term experiments that yield actionable insights.

By completing this Sprint, you will gain first-hand experience in gathering and using data-driven experiments to make informed decisions and spark innovation in your business.

Why Leveraged Execution Matters in Leadership

  • Reclaim lost productivity: US tech companies lose an estimated $37 billion annually due to ineffective meetings. For a 500-person company, that's approximately $18.5 million a year. This program can help recapture up to 20% of that lost time, directly impacting your bottom line.
  • Accelerate innovation cycles: According to a McKinsey study, tech employees spend 35% of their work week in meetings. Streamlining these sessions can speed up product development cycles by up to 15%, giving you a competitive edge in the fast-paced tech market.
  • Enhance cross-functional collaboration: Break down silos that cost tech organizations up to 25% of their productive capacity. Learn techniques that other top tech managers use to make meetings a catalyst for interdepartmental synergy, crucial for complex tech projects.
  • Boost employee retention: 67% of workers cite unproductive meetings as a major source of job dissatisfaction in a recent Korn Ferry report. Improve meeting effectiveness to increase engagement and potentially reduce turnover costs, which average 100-150% of a tech employee's salary.
  • Optimize remote and hybrid workflows: With 76% of tech companies adopting hybrid models, learn how to run engaging virtual meetings that bridge the gap between in-office and remote team members, ensuring consistent productivity across all work environments.
